1. Platform Scope and Nature

carrierservicecenters.com functions as an independent customer service enquiry and coordination portal. We connect consumers with independent, third-party AC technicians and repair workshops in various Indian cities. We do not manufacture Carrier equipment and do not operate as an authorized representative of the trademark owners.

2. Inspection Fees and Estimates

A standard doorstep inspection fee (typically ₹299 to ₹499 depending on location) is applicable for a technician’s visit and diagnosis. If you approve the on-site quotation and proceed with repairs, this inspection charge is commonly adjusted against your total bill. If you decline the repair after diagnosis, the inspection fee remains payable for the technician’s time and travel.

3. Customer Quotation Approval

No technician is permitted to execute major part replacements or gas charging without providing a written or verbal cost estimate to the customer first. Work begins only upon your explicit authorization.

4. Spare Parts and Invoicing

Replaced parts and technician labour are invoiced separately. Replaced defective parts will be returned to the customer upon request, except in cases of core PCB exchange programs where core discounts apply.

5. Warranty on Repairs

Warranty terms are provided by the performing technician/service provider and vary by repair category (typically 30 to 90 days on specific replaced electrical components or gas leakage repair at the brazed point). Warranties do not cover unrelated subsequent breakdowns, high-voltage lightning surges, or external physical damage.

6. Manufacturer Warranty Disclaimer

If your appliance is under active original manufacturer warranty, engaging an independent third-party technician may affect your manufacturer warranty terms. It is the customer's responsibility to verify brand warranty status before booking.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we endeavor to connect customers with vetted, experienced professionals, carrierservicecenters.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service execution. All contracts for repair are directly between the customer and the attending technician.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
